The triathlon race is approaching, I can't always be lazy, I should find more time to practice cycling.

以前都不曾注意過，雙北市河濱公園的建設真不錯，週末好多家庭在這運動，處處是溫馨的畫面。
I have never noticed it before. The construction of the Riverside Park in Taipei City and New Taipei City are really good. Many families are exercising or playing here on weekends, and there are warm pictures everywhere.

今天只稍微騎個20公里，找時間再騎更長看看~
